Cockrill’s Country Critters came to visit Timbo Pre-K through second graders on Wednesday. Kids got to experience seeing a camel, red tailed boa, baby kangaroo, baby wallaby, tegu, llama, alpaca, cow, pony, baby pigs, goats and rabbits. We would like to thank Stone Bank for providing a bounce house and cooking for our pre-K to 2nd grade students and all staff, First Service Bank for the donation, Andrew and Whitney Wesley for providing a bounce house, Timbo PTO for the donation, and our Timbo parents for all of your support.

Thursday, May 9 is Achievement Day for Atlas and ACT Work Keys! Qualifying students in grades K-11 will receive a letter on Wednesday.
Timbo Parents:
Timbo 4th and 8th grade students will be touring the Stone County Museum on Monday, May 6, 2024. Students will leave campus at 8:30 in the morning and return to the school for lunch. Please contact the school if you have any questions concerning this educational field trip.

The Timbo Graduation will be held at the Timbo Gym on Saturday, May 4, 2024, at 5:00 P.M. This will be a special event for our graduating seniors. Please come and support them on their special day.

Are you ready for some fishing fun?
7th and 8th Grade will participate in the FINS (Fishing In the Natural State) Program at Yellowjacket Pond in Mountain View.
7th Grade will go tomorrow, Wednesday, May 1.
8th Grade will go on Thursday, May 2.
Each group will leave at 8:30 from Timbo and will return to school before the end of the school day. Parents are welcome to join their student at the pond.

Timbo FBLA competed at the Arkansas State FBLA Conference in Little Rock on April 29th and 30th. Our chapter brought home the title for the second largest membership-marketshare award for the state. Amy Morrison took second place in Economics and earned the opportunity to compete at nationals this summer in Orlando, FL! We are so excited and proud of our club's achievements this year!
Timbo-Kindergarten Registration
Kindergarten registration will be held on Thursday, May 9, 2024, from 8:30-12:00 and 1:00-3:00. Students must turn five years old on or before August 1, 2024 to enter kindergarten. Kindergarten students are required to have a physical examination and be up to date on immunizations. Please bring a copy of your child’s birth certificate, social security card, and current immunizations to registration.

Timbo: Junior High Track and Senior High Track Results are posted below. The Senior High Track team will compete at Quitman on April 29th for the State Track Meet. Congratulations to both track teams on their successes. As well as Riley Callahan who received the High Point Award! Congrats Tigers!
Timbo FFA: Come out tonight to support the Timbo FFA at Pizza Inn from 5pm to 9pm. They are raising money to help send the land team to the national judging contest in Oklahoma City, OK. We would appreciate your support!
