For Timbo: Congratulations to the Timbo Sr. High Track team for a great performance at the Sr. Goblin Relays in Harrison on Tuesday. Casen Cowell finished 2nd in Pole Vault clearing 9' 6" which qualified him for State in that event. Mallory Mosley finished 3rd in girl's Pole Vault. Additionally, the Tigers had several top 5 finishes: Riley Callahan in boys long jump & the 200m dash, Kaleb Patrick in the boys high jump, Jaxon Wilkins in the 400m dash, and Emma Jo Lejeune in the 100m & 300m hurdles.

TIMBO: Mrs. Roth’s 3rd grade class had an exciting hands-on math adventure today as they explored fractions around the school! Students searched high and low, identifying parts of wholes in real-world settings—from classroom supplies to playground equipment. They worked together to observe and record an impressive total of 324 items! With clipboards in hand and sharp eyes for detail, every student was engaged, curious, and enthusiastic. It was a fantastic experience that brought fractions to life in a fun and memorable way!

Timbo Community: Our Timbo FBLA chapter has fought hard to be on stage this year! We have been dreaming of some of these awards! This week we are brining home 1st place as a chapter with the largest membership market share A nomination to national FBLA for the Gold Seal Merit Award Samuel Holley is coming home with being recognized as a who's who in FBLA finalist. We are headed to nationals this summer where we will compete in the life smarts challenge, and receive our Gold Seal Merit Award as well as our Gold Level Champion Chapter Award! Timbo Parents: Join us FRIDAY, APRIL 11 for an exciting Lego Literacy Wars event where families will bring their favorite books to life--one brick at a time! Every student who attends will receive a special LEGO gift!! Don't miss out on this fun-filled, creative night for the whole family. The event starts at 6pm in the multi-purpose room. Timbo Parents: Timbo School and MVSD are honored to welcome Herbert “Flight Time” Lang—former Harlem Globetrotter, coach, speaker, and global ambassador for kindness! Tomorrow, Tuesday, April 8, students in grades K-12 will travel by bus to the Mountain View Campus for the presentations with Mr. Lang. Grades 7-12 will leave at 8:30am and return before lunch. Students in grades K-6 will leave at 12:30pm and return before the end of the day. This is an exciting opportunity for our students!

TIMBO COMMUNITY: Today our coding team traveled to the North Central Arkansas Coop to participate in the Flagaculture Awareness Challenge. Our Codeathon team placed 2nd!!! Congratulations Tigers!

Timbo Parent: Parents school will be dismissed at 2:20 tomorrow for parent teacher conferences. The parent teacher conferences will start at 3 o'clock and last to 7:00 PM. Please come out and see the progress that your child have made the 3rd nine weeks. Thank You

Timbo Parents: Our 9th and 10th graders done community service for five hours yesterday cleaning up various cemeteries around the community. We are honored and proud of the hard work and dedication that our students at Timbo performs each day. Thank you.

Timbo parents: We'd like to take this opportunity to thank Isbell's Dentistry in Mountain View, Arkansas, for supporting all of students and presenting Happy Tooth Program to our students in K-2nd grade this morning. Timbo Parents: Friday March 14th We had students compete in the Economics Arkansas Personal Finance Challenge at UCA. They were given a case study, made a financial plan based on the case study and presented it to a panel of judges as well as took an exam. This was their first year to compete. We are very proud of our student's in taking part in this challenge. The students are looking forward to next year's competition.

Timbo Parents: We would like to showcase our Timbo FFA and FCCLA. The FFA Electricity team placed at district! They are advancing onto the state competition that will be held on April 3rd. The FFA Forestry Team placed at district as well! They are advancing onto the state competition that will be held on April 11th. The FCCLA students won at the district star event's as well! They are advancing onto the state star event competition that will be held on April 9th and 10th. We are so proud of our students, and wish them the best of luck at state!

Timbo Parents: Congratulations to the Timbo students who competed in the Regional Science Fair at ASU Friday. The following students placed: Senior Division Demu Berg 1st place in Engineering Macayla Avey 2nd place in Biochemistry Zayden Cieminski 2nd place in Earth and Environmental Sciences Zayden also won the Junior Stockholm award and an award from the American Fisheries Society

Tonight's FFA Pizza Inn Fundraiser as been postponed. The rescheduled dates are Tuesday, March 18 and Wednesday, March 19. Our students will be working for TIPS. We look forward to seeing you next week!
