Ozarka Mountain View Technical Center Welding Classes will be cancelled next week, October 19th - 22nd.
This doesn’t affect the Construction Trades classes.

A couple of weeks ago, our 9th and 10th grade students completed their first ATLAS Interim Assessments of the school year!
Today, students who earned a Level 4 on at least one assessment were treated to lunch at Wing Shack with Mr. Sullivan and Mrs. Dearien! 🍗💙💛

💀🔢 Math is skele-TONS of fun in 2nd grade! 💙💛
Ms. Blake’s 2nd graders were up and moving as they completed a Skeleton Place Value “Write the Room” activity! Students searched the room to find all of the skeleton place value problems and put their math skills to work solving each one. 🦴✏️
Learning + movement + a little spooky fun = a great day in 2nd grade! 🐝💙💛
Mountain View High School 10th grade Biology students investigated osmosis using gummy bears. This was a two day study. Students measured mass before and after soaking to observe how water moves across a semipermeable membrane. The students enjoyed this hands on experience. Thank you Mrs. Burnett!!!!

The MVHS Choir will join the Jazz Band in performing “America the Beautiful” at the community’s 9/11 ceremony this Friday. The ceremony will take place at the Courthouse Stage. The ceremony is open to the public, and community members are invited to attend as we come together to honor and remember those affected by September 11.
